about

i've been writing native apple code for 8+ years. ios was my first stack and i stayed with it on purpose. i have a computer science degree, and i've worked across consultancies, fintechs, and large product companies. today i'm a senior ios engineer at globo, working on cartola fc.

what i actually do

i lead a squad of ios engineers and own a broad surface of the cartola fc app — from feature development (lineup, market, ranking) to real-time score updates during matches, performance work for game-day traffic peaks, accessibility, testing, ci/cd, and large-scale technical migrations.

i'm fluent in ai as engineering. i use claude daily in my workflow. i integrate llm apis into shipped apps. i work with coreml and vision on-device. i use apple intelligence and foundation models. the combination of deep native apple expertise and practical ai fluency is the work i'm most interested in right now.

i also build tools. my github hosts a swift package family i'm rewriting under the codename prism — a swiftui design system, dependency injection, networking, and the kind of utilities i reach for in every project. the new packages will land alongside the byescaleira brand.

what i believe about software

[ manifesto ]
  1. 01native code. always.
  2. 02design is an architectural decision, not a css layer.
  3. 03ai is a tool. the engineer is still me.
  4. 04depth over hype.
  5. 05if it's hard, talk to me.

what i'm available for

  • senior ios roles (clt, pj, or international remote)
  • freelance and project-based work
  • honest conversations about ios, swift, and ai in production

i'm not actively job-hunting — i'm building presence for the long term. if something interesting comes my way, i'll listen.
